Coins for Care

This program allows Jaydas Heart Foundation, Inc to provide financial aid to help cover medical treatment, equipment or medication cost for uninsured/underinsured families of children who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness and/or disability.

Underinsurance generally means your out-of-pocket healthcare costs eat up 10% or more of your household income, or your deductible equals 5% or more of your income. Being underinsured can cause people to go without medical care or lead to debt.

As an organization we do not provide cash assistance directly to the clients being served.
